MEN EMPOWERMENT
The NBI Department For Men's Affairs has as its primary objective the empowerment of men. Men are the leaders of the family; their empowerment determines the governance of the family. When men are left without a program for their empowerment, they will become irresponsible and this will have a negative repercussion on the family.
Irresponsible men will become delinquent adults, who spend most of their time in bars, gambling halls and prostitution asylums. Such men cannot make good fathers, talk less of nation builders. In fact, in most nations today, adult delinquency is far outreaching juvenile delinquency. This explains the poor parental situation we have today in the world. It's impossible for a delinquent father to provide proper parenting to his children.
To combat juvenile delinquency, the NBI department for men affairs has launched out to achieve men empowerment through effective men's education. This is geared towards empowering men who will in turn fight and prevent juvenile delinquency through effective parenting.
When men are empowered, they become men of moral value, vision and leaders of their homes, community and nation.
